Research and development

“Ukratominstruments” corporation conducts research in the following areas:

1. 1. Studies of conductivity, photoluminescence and X-ray luminescence of semiconductor and scintillation materials in the temperature range from  -260 ⁰С to 500 ⁰С;
2. Development of radiation-resistant sensors of X-ray, beta and gamma radiation on the basis of wide-band-gap semiconductors A²B⁶;
3. Development and manufacture of electronic components for nuclear radiation detectors and analog sensors (temperature, pressure);
4. Development of high-temperature semiconductor sensors of beta- and gamma – radiation (from -30 ⁰С to +200 ⁰С);
5. Development of radiation and dosimetric monitoring at the enterprises.
