Alternative Heat Generation Module (AHGM)

The Alternative Heat Generation Module (AHGM) is an effective solution for providing heat supply in the absence of gas or electricity for buildings or structures up to 2000 m². The system is designed to run on solid fuel (wood, wood waste), making it a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional energy sources.

Main characteristics of AHGM:
– Heat output: the modules are available in 99 kW (up to 1000 m²) and 198 kW (up to 2000 m²), which allows them to be used for smaller facilities (office buildings) and larger ones (schools, hospitals, health posts).
– Alternative fuel: The AHGM runs on an affordable fuel – wood and its waste. This reduces fuel costs and increases energy independence, especially in conditions of unstable energy supply. Logs up to 30 cm in diameter can be used.
– Safety. The AHGM is equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system, which increases its reliability and safety during operation.
– Mobility and speed of installation: The AHGM modules are manufactured at the factory and can be installed on site in 5 days. This makes the system ideal for temporary use during repairs or for replacing main boilers.
– Emergency heating: AHGM is able to provide heating in cases where the stationary boiler room cannot function due to a lack of gas or electricity. The modules can be used as a backup or primary heating system.
– The device can operate without heating inside the room, as it is filled with non-freezing liquid
The advantages of using the AHGM:
– Energy independence: an autonomous power generator ensures that the system operates even in the absence of a centralised power supply.
– Cost-effectiveness: the use of waste wood significantly reduces fuel costs and also allows for recycling, reducing the environmental burden.
Design features:
– Sectional construction: The modules consist of a frame fence section that can be quickly installed on site.
– Control and safety systems: The AHGM is equipped with thermal energy supply and metering systems, control, emergency safety and monitoring systems. It is possible to additionally install a flue gas cleaning system.
Feasibility of implementation:
The AHGM is relevant for use in Ukraine during the war, when critical infrastructure is damaged and the stability of gas and electricity supplies is in question. The modules provide heat to socially important facilities and can operate independently of external energy sources.
As such, AHGM is a versatile solution for municipal, commercial and private buildings, providing them with heat and energy independence in times of crisis or interruptions in the supply of conventional energy.
